Samsung India — washing machine | |||||
My washing machine was taken to repair last month. They have not returned the product yet. It's under warranty. They took it on August 29. and today it's September 17. Service request number : [protected] Service center is being irresponsible in handling the case. I have contacted Samsung customer several times and each time they mentioned that the issue is escalated and I will get a call from senior engineer to resolve the issue. But I never got any call. They haven't shared the service center address as well for any direct communication. Customers do not have any transparency towards the process and customer care is simply telling honey coated words and false promises. At the end customer is the one who suffer. I had chosen Samsung for a better after sale service but I was proved wrong. Was this information helpful? | |||||
