Samsung India — washing machine door issue not resolved

Dear sir,

I have purchased your washing machine front load model on 20/1/2018. And i am your 15 year customer.in regarding the washing machine i registered a complaint on 16/10/2018. The service mechanic came and checked the machine and stating that there's a door issue. And i had calling your service center and your service provider they continuously telling that they expecting ho approvals. Hence as a customer i regret to inform you, i had physically and mentally upset for not resolve the issue. I request your good office make urgent necessary order to resolve the immediately.
