[Resolved] Samsung India — washing machine motor replace which is under warranty | |||||
Washing machine motor replace which is under warranty to be replaced as a priority since its almost a month we raised the complaint. However when i speak to samsung guys, they say that since that particular model motor is not available they are asking me to forget it and by new one which looks very worst to any dumb guy, but not sure how come those guys can speak such kind of language particularly am dealing with one guy who is not letting met to speak to any other folks of samsung called sundaram. He neither solves the issue nor gives other contacts to escalate this issue. Surprised seriously how samsung is working. Could you please help me out if you can. Was this information helpful? | |||||
