[Resolved] Samsung India — Washing machine not working - under warranty | |||||
My samsung washing machine is not working since 1st june (Under warranty) and my complaints # [protected] and [protected] on 1st june'17 and 7th june'17 respectively were not addressed till date. They do not bother to update the status. I am fed up with samsung now. Their service centres are giving routine replies and not giving any definite date/time limit to address this issue. I had sent one mail to their customercare but that also went into a black hole!!! I will definitely not recommend any samsung product to any one... Pathetic service with pathetic products.
