Please find the our Samsung Washing Machine model no.WF602B2BHSD/TL and date of purchase 26th July 2015.

As the machine using senior citizen, we are facing the problem. Since no updates in this regards from past 15days we have raised the complaint.

Can please let us know how may days it will take to provide the resolution?

Please note that our senior citizen really facing the problem at their home.
