My name is rajeshwar guha & i am a resident of kolkata. On 08/05/17 i purchased an top load samsung washing machine from great eastern appliances pvt ltd, 229, rajdanga, nabapally, kolkata - 700107. On 13/05/17 it was delivered to my home, after checking it thoroughly i found out that it has a big dent on the side body, immediately i called up the showroom but nobody responded, then i mailed them about the condition of w/m with pictures (Attached is that mail copy & pictures of washing machine). I lodged a complaint with samsung customer care also, two times but till date my washing machine was not replaced (Complaint no [protected] & [protected]). Persons from samsung customer care came to my home after the complaint & assured me that the w/m will be replaced by the showroom. But even after several visits & many calls to the showroom it was not replaced. I know that it is the responsibility of showroom to replace the defective product but as a renowned company like samsung you are also creditable to the customer. I have been using samsung products from a long time but this is the first instance that i have to suffer this much for no fault of mine. Please resolve this issue asap. My mail id is rajeshwar.
