[Resolved] Samsung India — water leakage and ice formation... | |||
We have purchased samsung refrigerator on 29th july 2013. The refrigerator started giving problems after 12 to 15 months i. E. Water leakage from vegetable tray and ice formation in the deep freezer area. We had lodged complaint in samsung service station on several occasions.. Technician came and defrosted the refrigerator and promised the problem will never arise, but till today we are facing same problem every three months. Last time i. E.in month of january 2018 the senior engineer from samsung Visited our place and said that one of the part needed repair (Coil) than all your problem will resolve permanently. We allowed him to do so. But again after two months same problem occurred. From last three and half year we are facing same problem again and again no solution has been given by samsung.
