[Resolved] Samsung India — Water Not Evaporating | |||
Sir No one is able to solve this problem In India . After 1 year of purchasing this product I was facing regular problem of that water is not evaporating in rainy / humid days from june-september for four months we have to manually suck out water with the help of a injection & small pipe every night so water will not scatter on floor . they are not solving my problem but asking for money when they told that this is our Design problem & can not be solved & also suggest that it is a natural phenomena in humid days all our fridge are facing the same problem.It is laughable . Engineer from samsung said that we have to change the design of the pipe which is attached with compressor & Refill Gas & I have to pay 4000 rs. for that . Sir I want to say that if this is design problem then why should I pay .I will not allowed them to do R & D on my fridge.
