[Resolved]  Samsung India — worst customer service by samsung mobile service center

I own a samsung galaxy s7 edge since november 2016. On the 6th june 2018 my phone fell from table and hairline crack, i took it to the local samsung authorized service center... Invoice number: 5336441care17000, care point 199, 1st floor 27th cross, 7th main 3rd block, jayanagar, bangalore. I paid around 14000 and replaced the screen, battery and case since they cannot replace screen alone for this model, the day they replaced the parts mobile started to restart itself, i went service center again they flash the mobile and put new nouget os and gave back to me but before reach from service center mobile shout down itself and not at all booting up next again went to service center and they ask me to submit the mobile for investigate, i did next day i have been informed that no issues in the mobile, again they did flash and put new os and again same issue happened, 2 weeks repeatedly this happened and meanwhile i called samsung customer care many times and they forwarded to their escalation team and both were not at all supportive and they didn't help me to fix the issue. Yesterday (2nd july 2018) again mobile shutdown itself and not booting up and i called customer care and service center and i submitted mobile again for investigate, today morning from service center one women called and informed the there is problem with mobile board and receiver so please pay 14000 again to replace the part and i spoke to service engineer and he told that mobile is not booting up so we need to replace the board. This made me more frustrate before replacing the part there were no issues from 2016 during investigate and fix service center people did something wrong and they ruined they mobile phone board and complete mobile and they ask me to pay again which cost 14000 (So total rs. 28000 which is brand new s7 edge mark price). My question here is if engineer made mistake during troubleshoot and it leads to board failure howcome service engineer team would like to pay from customer care pocket. I called service center today many times and they are giving irresponsible answers and one of the guy from service center he is telling this is not serious issue. May not serious issue for him but i paid close to rs.60, 000 and they are not able to fix and ask me to pay again is serious issue for me.

Both samsung customer care and service center not at all helping, i hope you will help me on this if you are not right person please forward this email to correct person/team to provide quick resolution.

I had been used many mobile brands and i neverfaced this kind of worst behavior from customer service team and not at all capable to fix the issue and i have never received this kind of treatment from other brand service center... This is your flagship phone that we are talking about and it really seems odd that no one seems to be taking any responsibility... This kind of service makes me reconsider the switch from other brand as this would never have happened with them... Once again please don't mistake this as a e-mail from a disgruntled customer, i am just so in love with this product from samsung but am really disappointed in this kind of service and am a little worried on if and when am going to see my phone again, i really hope someone could take responsibility and help me out here...
