[Resolved] Samsung India — worst customer service ever.. never buy samsung products | |||
I registered a complaint for service of my samsung ac [protected]. Even after 2 days there is no response on this and when we call the service engineer who has been assigned he just keeps on changing the appointment time as per his wish and waste my time. This is not at all acceptable from samsung. This is the worst service experience i have every encountered. We wasted 2 days (Weekends) just because of the useless service engineers who make false commitments on appointment timings and do not turn up at all. And samsung gives a standard response that they will notify service center again. Was this information helpful? | |||
