I have raised cases with samsung a lot of times and all you guys know is to resolve the case... I had pink display issue with my phone which is found in lot of s7 edge phones, since my display was cracked samsung said it cannot be claimed under warranty. I paid for the replacement and got my phone on june 3rd. Where they replaced the phone screen and the metal bumper but never provided the sim tray with the phone. Though they took 12000 plus.
While collecting the phone i confirmed if all the issue are fine and did confirm twice about water resistance and the staff said that they did check the water resistance and its fine. Even when my phone was cracked the water seal was tight.
As s7 edge is a ip 68 certified phone, before the repair i used my phone in pool and other water places for more than 30 minutes without any issue but now after the repair the was under water for a minute about a depth of 6 inch in freshwater but water went inside my phone.
Today i had been to samsung service centre and the staff there are so rude and do not take our queries.
I did my phone service in samsung mobile service center (Vasavi telecommunications) yelahanka, bengaluru, karnataka 560064
Now i need a resolution or i need a replacement since my phone is still under warranty or i need my money back.
Samsung service including the ceo desk is worst.
Never recommend samsung to anyone.
I used samsung s plus, s2, s3, s4, s5 but none had issue like in s7 edge.
Samsung service level is pathetic.
Do remember that do not justify as its water damage its a phone with ip 68 rating and it should hold 5 feet depth for 30 minutes, but due to poor service and repair 6 inch pure water for a minute as damaged the phone.
Iphone and sony have better service. Kindly let me know a good resolution.
