Employees at service centre are worst. the service at the centre is disaster.False commitments by employee vaishali and false verbal communications.My handset j7 has a prob of display which they can't repair as the parts are unavailable with them. for letting me know this it took one month and now the else process information is only given when you call.Pathetic employees..I will not recommend samsung to anyone because of the worst customer service Was this information helpful? | |||||
