Samsung India — Worst service | |||||
Samsung refrigerator have been worst serviced they took a lot of money n didn't even repair the product up to the mark in 6months time the fridge is non operational costing Rs 10, 000/- while servicing Apart from that the representative are ill mannered. Please if such CRM policies r followed by Samsung I would recommend everyone to not to purchase any product from Samsung Was this information helpful? | |||||
