Samsung India — worst service ever

Its been 2 days we trying to get a service for our refrigerator .. but nothing is happening .
My complain no is [protected].

And he is refuse to do work .
After two days he said ur complain has been rejected .
U guys are sooo UNPROFESSIONAL .
In emergency two days we trying to connect ..No body is helping us .
This is last product we are buying from Samsung .
Disgusting .
