Samsung India — Worst service, failed to repair/ change the product within warranty. | |||||
I had submitted a service request at Samsung customer care for faulty speakers of my Sound bar HW-J450 which i have purchased on Nov. 2015. its almost past 2 month of registration of complaints, still i do not have update regarding the same. the worst service and experience i m facing with samsung, i spoke to samsung supervisor even area manager but they all are failed to give me the update regarding my problem. Seriously i will not recommend anybody to buy samsung products. Poor customer services... Was this information helpful? | |||||
