Hi, i have ordered a samsung j7 prime (32 gb variant) on 30-aug-2017 and the product is delivered to me on 16-sep-2017. The product i received is of 16gb variant and the product was not working properly (Very much hanging issue). Attached files contains the description and the invoice copy.
I have taken the phone to samsung service center and they told the hanging is some hardware issue. I will not expect for a new phone to be repaired.
I want full refund for my phone.
And worst behavior by samsung team who called me. And when i call later they will not receive the call itself. I almost waited for 3 hours in samsung service center because of samsung team who told me that will call back in 10 min. And this happened multiple times to me. Was this information helpful? |
