I am having a samsung split air conditioner model number 18Hc3usnbnna and i ahve registerd a servicing request on 25th March, last saturday at approx 12.30 afternoon but still i havn't received any service from your side.. my request number is [protected].. and still i m waiting for that servicing engineer.. and how do you guys deal with customers after making them wait for such time.. such a poor service you..
