Samsung — Inspection Charges Collected but service Denied

Samsung Authorised technician visited my house from Invictus Tech services (OPC) Private Limited for repair of my Out of warranty Samsung refrigerator on 08/09/22 for servicing the refrigerator for low cooling problem, The technician never asked if the refrigerator was serviced before from Samsung or Locally whatsoever. He collected a Inspection charge of ₹413 and advised us to keep the refrigerator switched off for 24 hours and he will visit the next day to diagnose the issue and repair it. upon his arrival he opened the duct of the refrigerator and said that there has been a part replaced from prior local servicing . On this basis he wont repair the refrigerator. Even though I'm willing to pay any spare part cost and service charges and get the refrigerator working condition again. Now I'm stuck with this non working appliance, this service centre denied any service and behaved very rudely and harassed us since the time of the service request.
I want to get my grievance redressed with stern action against this non cooperating service provider.
