19 month old Samsung M31s smartphone stopped working suddenly giving constant screen freezes and restarts. Tried factory reset and issue is still same. I saw most of the M31s user is facing the same issue after 10-15months o[censored]se. This is clearly a manufacturing defect and needs to be rectified by Samsung. visited service center but they said most of the m series phone is facing the same issue and had to get the motherboard replaced. It may cost around Rs7000. This is the manufacturing defect which we can't bear.
you should take action on this.

this problem is a manufacturing defect and you have to give free service for this problem. Most of the person are not complaining this problem because they don't know how to write a complain and they are paying the expenditure of the motherboard. they have no option.

please give us a quick resolution.

    Pre booked Flip4 on 17th August and as per delivery schedule I am supposed to get Watch and duo charger which are under offer on 22nd August and main product of phone on 27th August. But till now no signs of dispatch of all the three product. Called customer care number of times but they were unable to provide proper explanation for delay or information on when I will get them.

        I like to keep my phone S9 plus updated, so everyday I update the phone may it be apps or software.
        On 20 August 2022 when I updated my phone and I left it unused, so around 23 August I observed a pink line on the screen so as all would do I went to the internet for help and solutions, and I stumbled upon tweets and articles about the pink line gate by Samsung India after a software update.
        So I messaged some of the guys for their feedback, and they informed me saying that the service center will ask you to replace the screen for around 17k odd.

        I have been so careful with my phone and Samsung does this to its customers. It is such a shame and disgust to the society to extract money for Samsung loyal customer. Keep in mind I used to own every S series till the S9 plus and had found the perfect phone with Samsung.
        But now disgusted with the type of service and ideology of Samsung trying to extort money in such a cheap stunt specially for out of warranty customers.

        The complaint is still not resolved,
        And I'm in follow up with Samsung through mails but not a single reply back.

        The service and approach towards customers is pathetic.

        And a follow-up there after, recent being 27 September 2022.

        I guess the customer service department is less/not interested to address customer grievances.

          I purchased a refrigerator of Samsung Product - RS21HSTWA1/XTL on 21.10.2014 which was having warranty on compressor for 10 years. That recently the product stopped functioning as it stopped colling therefore there was issue with the compressor as the same was not cooling, I raised a complaint on customer care number of Samsung, thereafter, a engineer came and after inspection he said that the compressor is not cooling. That the compressor may not be colling because it may not have the gas in it and there is leakage, so to check the leakage nitrogen gas is to be filled in it to search for the leakage. The same was done and it was informed by the engineer that there is internal leakage and the product now is unrepairable, so I will be getting call from the service head team. That i received the call and it was informed that the product in question unrepairable therefore they cannot help, when such response was agitated/objected by way of mail and telephonic conversation, thereafter, it was offered that the Samsung will provide the coupon of 20, 000/- at the depreciated rate, to purchase another product as per the deprecated policy. That when it was objected that how it can be made binding to purchase another product of Samsung only and how can a meager amount of 20, 000/- on the basis o[censored]ndisclosed deprecated policy be awarded. Then the Samsung agreed to pay the deprecated amount through demand draft but the amount was kept as it is that is 20, 000/- and a canceled cheque was asked for processing the refund. That the response was given through mail and it was said that the amount of 20, 000/- is less and as per the depreciation done by the open market valuer the same was 42, 000/- as the product was of 80, 000/-, and it was also said in reply that the demand draft of 20, 000/- be credited in my account however the same is under protest to claim the actual depreciated amount as per the market valuer and not as per the undisclosed depreciation policy, but no response whatso ever was given by the Samsung to the mails of the consumer. That the Samsung is harassing the consumer by not redressing the grievances and sitting tight over the matter, so kindly consider the request of mine who is a consumer to get the refund of 42, 000/0 depreciated value of Samsung Product - RS21HSTWA1/XTL at the earliest.

              I have ordered Galaxy M33 & Travel Adapter from Samsung.com website. The order automatically canceled after 3 days from Samsung end & order was expected to be delivered in 4 days from order date. Whatever would be the reason, but since approx 2 months elapsed they haven't refunded me the cost of order. Only they have refunded for adapter & partial amount of smartphone. Follow ups are done on daily/ alternate basis but they are not clarifying by what date they will process the remaining refund amount which is ₹12770/-. Waiting for refund since July first week till date (July 5th).

                Greetings !
                This email is in reference to our Samsung Refrigerator Model No. RT56K6378SL. I would like to share with you that the above -model of Refrigerator was purchased by me from Naveen Electronics Private Limited - Model Town, Delhi via their Invoice No. 2022-23/03681 dated 14th Aug 2022 (Copy Attached).

                Four your kind reference & to keep company image up in the market, i would like to inform you that the delivered Refrigerator is not working from 1st days of delivery. I have raised the concern with your distributor too but no positive action has been taken by them as of now.
                I have paid approx Rs. 60000/- for your product and i believe this is not a small amount to buy any product from your company. If I am suffering for the service at the initial stage then I can imagine too what is going to happen in future towards the service of your product.

                I have complained to your above distributor many times but I don't know why he is unable to provide proper resolution.

                I hereby request you to please intervene in this matter and instruct your distributor to deliver fresh product of the same model number then ask him to pick up the Refrigerator which is not cooling and working properly.

                I shall be highly obliged for your kind cooperation & earliest positive response in this matter.

                  I have purchased accidental damage and liquid damage plan from Samsung care Rohini, Delhi on 20 th may 2022 by invoice no. SWECA[protected] AND also provided GST certificate. This was purchased in the month of May 2022 and till date have not received GST credit.
                  On calling the centre no one is giving proper answer on this and just providing another number.
                  I want the GST credit ASAP as later on cannot be claimed.

                    I have purchased the Samsung F41 mobile on DECEMBER, 2020.

                    Recently the phone got turned off and got struck at Samsung logo screen I took the mobile to service center they informed that there was motherboard issue and needs replacement which costs almost 7500 rupees.
                    Many people of various models of Samsung have been this facing this issue after a software update pushed by Samsung.
                    They have been raising their issues in Twitter.
                    Company hasn't even accepted this issue.
                    Due to a faulty processor and a bug filled update, the phones are to be repaired.
                    Why should a consumer pay almost half of the cost price to repair price in 1 year due an issue from company end.
                    Please accept that issue and atleast make arrangements for the phones to repaired free of cost.WE HOPE THE SAMSUNG COMPANY GIVES PERFECT SOLTION FOR THIS ISSUE...

                      Hello all,
                      I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M31s phone on 1st August 2021 and at that time it costed around 20k . After a recent OS update (security patch update), my phone started freezing and auto-restarting every few minutes. It finally switched off with only logo visible which is not even letting the device to get into bootloader and it happened around 8th august just 1 week after my warranty went out .I went to a nearby Samsung service center (Samsung Mobile Care Sector 5 MDC Panchkula) and they told me it may be software problem and it would cost 200rs to change it. I paid for the software but they told me then next day that the motherboard of phone is faulty and it would cost around 9k to replace it.
                      I searched over the internet and there were over, at least, 700-800 people with the exact same complaint in the internet and Consumer Complaints forum regrading their phones (all Samsung M-series phones). The update caused the motherboard to fail. I have multiple samsung phones in my home. I have F62, M51 and this m31s and i am really shocked to see a phone's motherboard going down which even was just used for calling and normal messages. I have never faced motherboard issue with any brand. I contacted Samsung but no help was provided to me . I am very much disappointed with the brand and quality of the product and have to rethink before buying any product.
                      Please, have a look at the disaster the updates have caused and kindly provide a free motherboard replacement or refund the amount. Being a student and having purchased such good amount phone we at least expected it to last 2 years, it really is sad to see this type of service of one of the top brand.

                        I would like to bring to all of the concerns, that I have purchased one Samsung Frame TV details mentioned below from M/S Bajaj Electronics, ASR Nagar, Hyderabad on 12th June 2022. However the product got delivered to me on 7th July 2022 and the installation was done on 11th Aug 2022.During installation, the TV was opened by the Samsung technician and connected to the Power supply, but there were some issue with the sound of the TV and the technician left without any further plan of action with verbal comment to contact Dealer.
                        The point to be noted here is that, the technician from Samsung didn't provide any service reference number or the service report for the work he did and the further plan of action.After 3 days another service technician came with some Cable to replace to fix the issue which eventually failed to resolve the issue and he left again without any service reports to me for the future plan of action.
                        Upon contacting the dealer I was advised to raise the complain through the Toll free number.Upon contacting Samsung Customer care toll free number[protected], I got to know my installation ID and thereafter complained about the installation failure of the TV and requested the replacement as there is some manufacturing defect
                        Since then I am following up with Samsung Customer support toll free number and literally frustrated as noone is taking any action.
                        As the TV installation failed due to manufacturing defect the company should replace the same with new one.
                        Samsung India support is really pathetic and they should serve with notice to resolve customer issue and even compensate for the loss in time

                          I had ordered a refrigerator from Samsung but received a damaged order. I placed a return but Samsung promised to give 10% of amount as compensation! I agreed to them but it has been 2 months now and I have not received any refund. After multiple follow ups now I am forced to raise a complaint!

                            I have ordered Samsung tab A7 Lite from samsung store app on mobile on 02nd august 2022. Estimated delivery date was 4th August 2022, but it didn't shipped yet till 4th August 2022.
                            So I have cancelled the order and got mail from samsung regarding the refund will be credited within 7-10 business days.

                            Till date 25th August 2022 i didnt received my refund. Called customer support and mailed them regarding the issue but no proper response from them. Customer support people says "we have escaped the issue from our end, you will receive information within 24 hrs", but i didnt received information on the issue.

                              We've purchased 275L Convertible Freezer Double Door Refrigerator RT30T3743S9 from Flipkart on May 30, 2022, and Installed by Samsung Engineer the very next day.

                              After only 2.5 months o[censored]se, WHITE POWDER/WHITE FOAM is coming from the top back panel.

                              I asked Samsung for help right away, and a video call confirmed that only a Service Engineer can check to see why this is happening. (Service No. [protected])

                              But it's been 4-5 days and no one has come to look at the problem with the refrigerator. They keep saying that it's been assigned and the engineer will be there today, but today never comes.

                              We've been frustrated as we store things because what if it falls in the food items? this white powder, it could hurt our health because we don't know what it is.

                              Just called as I was writing this, and they said that there might be a gas leak and that a gas engineer and a service engineer will be sent together. (Like, how did they know it was leaking gas before they even checked it?)

                              I'm not sure if Samsung India really cares about its customers, so I'd like to ask you not to buy a Samsung refrigerator because they have serious problems within three months.

                              Both the seller and the company that made the product gave very bad customer service after the sale.

                              Please think twice before you buy any home appliances from Samsung.

                              And if anyone knows what this white powdery thing is or how to fix it, please comment or tell me.

                              An engineer visited and told us that there are Ants those who are eating the damping of the rear pane and hence this white powder releasing. Now the question is how come Ants entering? Isn't the side walls should be fully packed? Isn't it a manufacturing defects?

                              Well, With this i removed all the ant's and relocated the refrigerator to new place and make sure that no insect can come around with proper mosquito killer etc

                              Let's wait for tomorrow morning if the powder comes again or not!

                                Samsung mobile m31 motherboard crash within 1.5 years

                                I am using M31 mobile since 1.5 years. Suddenly it stopped working and automatic restart continously. When I checked in servicing center they had taken Rs.120 for inspection and they reply me the motherboard crashed. Its cost is Rs.7000. Another two servicing center I had visited and there also same reply motherboard crashed and they told maximum persons having this motherboard problem in this model.                                 I placed a Pre-Order for Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 LTE version & Galaxy Buds through Samsung Online Shop Store on 20th August'22 with an Order ID#[protected].

                                I was comitted that the buds will get delivered at my address by 24th Aug and Watch with get delivered maximum by 26th Aug. Since the buds didn't get delivered as comitted I am now concerned about the watch delievery as well. I made several calls to their customer care cell however didn't get a satisfactory response.

                                This morning I logged a ticket about this concern and waiting for them to resolve it at the earliest -

                                    I am using Samsung M31s mobile, since July 2022 end the phone frequently keeps on hangs, while using and when restart it gets stuck on boot windows for hours and doesn't function.
                                    what to do???
