Hi,

I recieved damaged product at the time of delivery.

I have attached the damaged pic & CSR copy along with the attachment.

I raised the product return dated on[protected].

Still i'm waiting for the product return almost Three weeks completed.Very worst customer handling. Don't cheat customers with damaged products .

      My mobile touch scren got broken and i have changed my touch screen of my samsung mobile m02s in Chennai. They charged 2700. Again my touch screen gone in sep .smasung care point charge 3800 at banglore care point for the same .how come the rates diff month on month basis.

      Then service the care point given in pathetic .first over charge then I asked the facility to drop at door steps at charge. They agreed ND share one whatsapp no in which I have given my location details. Past 2 days no response from the care point and whatsapp as well.

      I tried samsung support gain They are asking to contact care point.
      As it's raining in banglore I just want to make sure to get it delivered.
      Past 2 days no response as I have tried more than 8 times in a day

      The above service makes me feel very upset on samsung service and No care is take in customer service.

        M21 is auto restarting and customer care is saying motherboard changing.
        There 1000 o[censored]ser facing the same issue and Samsung should look into this . I have boarded this phone since it was make in India phone.

          Hi Sir, I had purchased a mobile handset on 26th October 2021 and unfortunately within 45 days ( 10th Dec 2021) of the purchase the mobile switched off and did not charge. Upon reaching out to the service center at D-26, 1st Floor, Sector 3 Noida-201301 it was assured that it is under full warranty ( Acknowledgement of Service request attached for your reference) and it will be taken care and can be collected upon repair. I was asked to wait since they had some mandatory approvals to be taken. Very next day I was denied the repair with no reason and was asked a repair cost of 10, 000-12, 000 wherein the phone itself costed 15-16000/-

          I had asked them to connect myself with their head office to take this further and asked them for your legal report to this investigation. So far there is no response from them upon my emails. It is completely waste of time and no response to customer. I have been in difficult time due to Covid and without work and they are here to loot us with no reasons inspite of defective product sale. Kindly help in getting this investigated please.

            Hello Samsung India

            This email is regarding my first ever visit to Samsung Mobile Service Centre on 23/08/2022, where I had took services for my Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro to get it's display properly worked with newly purchased combo along with its new battery (due to its fast and quickly draining drawback).

            Post to the service of my phone, its creating a problem with the black display on the back of its home screen, regarding which I do received a feedback call from Samsung Customer Satisfaction on 03/09/2022, where I have mentioned about my service experience during the visit, but that was just a mere call to get the work done, its my perception level.

            On the day of service, I got my interaction chance to the concerned service representative prior to the 3 customers who came after me, at your premises. Well this can happen to anyone due to the complexity of handling the service handsets, which I can understand.

            The concerning issue is related to my pre order purchase of new battery for my handset where even after 11 working days I have not received any call, sms or email about the battery availability at your Samsung Mobile Service Centre, Bilaspur (C.G), which was to be assembled with in 7 to 10 days after my visit (23/08/2022), where during the day the representative verbally committed me that I will receive the call from the concerned person, about the battery arrival for my handset.

            I am totally surprised with the kind of service at your service centre where, in this dynamic changing global business scenario customers are receiving their pre ordered, COD goods via ecommerce platform within the stipulated time at any part of the world, and are adhere to qualitative pre and post service merchants, but my first ever visit and service experience to Samsung service centre is totally poor.

            Hi consumercomplaints.in (platform) My issues has not been resolved yet by Samsung India in fact now they have made the issue more emphatic for me and put me on even worsen scenario where I was. This can be understand through below mentioned points- Firstly I would say thanks to this platform (https://www.consumercomplaints.in) where only, after posting my issue Samsung India actually started to work on and replied in a proper manner. ...Yesterday (08/09/2022) Samsung India actually started to understand and talked on the concerning issue, via phone call (911243630331) and then through email([email protected]), to understand my Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro issue in a proper way. Meanwhile when I was talking to Ms.Gunjan simultaneously I was receiving the call from Ms.Shruti Sharma(Samsung Service Centre representative @ Bilaspur (C.G)) after my talk with Ms. Gunjan, Ms. Shruti talked me over phone that on the day I (Ankit Purohit )got new LCD replacement and you we delivered your handset on the same day, and it's status was showing as delivered in the system and which can only be seen by her boss only, so it was delivered to you, on this, I said that if it was so, so why I was not provided a separate receipt for LCD and New Battery phone. And Ms. Shruti could not call me since 23/08/2022 as she was not well, and could not call me regarding this, and today (08/09/2022) she is calling me to what went wrong with Samsung Mobile Service Centre, Bilaspur (C.G) and Samsung India, that On the day(23/08/2022) the system was showing new battery is deliverable and available to place a pre order with an advance payment. The entire issue is regarding the non delivery of my Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro new battery which I ordered on 23/08/2022 and even past to 13 days, Yesterday (08/09/2022) I received an update from Samsung India that, my Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro which I purchased in 2017 is too old and company donot produce its battery anymore. My question to Samsung India is that, Why this message was not communicated to me by the company representative on the day (23/08/2022) when I visited Samsung Service Centre, Bilaspur (C.G), where I asked the representative first, to check at the Samsung India end, that, Is there any availability for the new battery at your inventory? to get it changed against the old battery, because then only I would go for the LCD change and purchase it with its combo so that its first issue can be solved and then afterwards only I will go for the purchase of new battery. The reply to my question was "YES", then only I gave my consent to change the LCD and proceeded with the pre order purchase of new battery. On the day the LCD got replaced with the new one and I was told in committed manner that you will receive your new battery order within 7 to 10 days, where you will receive the call from the Samsung Service Centre, Bilaspur (C.G) about the battery availability and can come to us for its replacement. On the day it was enough for actually solving my problem to get my phone parts replaced with original ones at Samsung Service Centre, and there would be no need to buy a new mobile phone to get my day to day work done in perfect manner. But yesterday (08/09/2022) I was totally surprised with Samsung Mobile India words that, as my Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro phone is too old and company donot produce its battery anymore. So, its my request to Samsung India to either provide me the new battery for my Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro any how or to refund the entire amount of Rs 7, 375 to me because Samsung India has not provided me the new battery for my handset even after checking its availability at its inventory and committed me to provide it in 7-10 working days. For Samsung India reference, I have reply to the above mentioned email and attached the display pic of my Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro handset on 21/08/2022, in the condition it was and after it got more worsen and the acknowledgement of service request receipt generated on my name on 23/08/2022 at Samsung Mobile Service Centre, Bilaspur (C.G) amounted to Rs 4, 603.90 (For LCD) + Rs 1, 295.58 (For New Battery) which makes total of amount to Rs. 5, 899.48 Now, this is more surprising to me that I paid an amount of Rs 7, 375 but the acknowledgement receipt is of Rs 5, 899.48. So, please share with me the difference amount of Rs.1, 475.52(Rs.7, 375- Rs.5, 899.48) charges. What it is about?

              I have a double door fridge which I purchased it in 2012 now the issue was gradually my vegetables got some ice in it so I called in customer care and someone visited at my place. Now the issue was something else and I had to call them 4-6 times for one issue and they did something to my fridge that my door is not free now and also not in stock. I have a call recording I have escalated in ceo desk but no revert. Kushal from ceo desk is not doing at all. I told him to listen call recording of the people so he didn’t listen it and disconnected the call.

                Today I updated my samsung m31 phone but after few minutes it started auto freezing and restarting every 20-25 mins o[censored]sage. I use authenticate samsung charger and no third party softwares are present in my phone.
                When I checked about this online, I came to know there are thousands other samsung users who faced/facing the same issue. When visited customer care they asked me to replace the motherboard which would cost around 9 to 10 thousand. But why should we pay for it as its manufacturing defect.
                It is Samsung's fault and they should repair this for free.

                  Ordered a mobile phone through their Samsung.in website early august, havent been able to download a GST Invoice Soft copy from their website. multiple customer care tickets and mails are proving to be of no use. How can a registered company deny the GST invoice soft copy when they have shared the hard copy with the mobile purchase? It has been a month and no resolution is available. order no. [protected]

I have only been hearing these kind of responses from your support team. I do not know what is stopping you from sharing the softcopy of the GST invoice to the customer? what laws are you trying to circumvent?

                    I have ordered Samsung Galaxy F23 and adopter price of 16958 rupee on 18th of August and cancelled on the same date, till date I haven't received my refund. The company's policy says 7-10 working days but it has been more than that, i contacted customer service more than 10 times in this 15 days period.they just don't know what happen. I haven't received my refund. I paid through credit card and now the bill has been dispatched. So I have to pay for a product that I haven't even purchased In the first place. I need an urgent solution from Samsung India and my refund needs to be processed.

                    If anyone want refund go to samsung authorised service centre and call samsung customer service.if they won't provide refund at that moment just pick any 2-4 device from there.and told them after you get refund you return them to those. Thats how i get refund after 1.5 months.

                      I have ordered a Samsung phone from samsubg online site through my company portal on 1st August. And Samsung cancelled my order on 9th August. Same day i reached out to samsung support for refund. They told it will be initiated and it will be refunded in 7 to 10 business days. But its been almost a month and refund is not initiated yet. From so many days I am reaching out to support team and receiving same dialogue as we are escalating and you will receive update in 24 to 48hrs. Till now so many 24hrs and 48hrs passed i received mails saying that it is escalated please be with patience we are finding solution. I am not understandinghow can someone be patience for days after days. Backed is not responding they are saying..after so many escalations also if backend team is not responding means what to say for that I dont know. Make sure that my refund will be initiated within 2 days and it will be credited. I have already paid extra charge for my credit card bill just because of samsung negligence. I dont want to pay more.

                        Yes due to a faulty update my samsung m 30 s is also not working properly but samsung is not ready to resolve it and they want me to replace mother board on my own cost without any further gurantee that how long it will work with same faulty updated software which makes phone freeze and restart.

                        Please arrange to resolve the issue at earliest and efforts to stop such monopolistic restrective and illegal trade practices.

                        also arrange to provide me emails of directors of samsung india and international as customer care exeutive are not ready to .

                          Dear Sirs

                          Everyone who has purchased Samsung M31 Series phone are facing booting issues of Faulty Motherboard, i wrote to samsung but there was no response, Lot of complaints are also in the internet, Why Samsung is not answering for the cheaper phones sold at a higher cost.

                          Why can't Samsung call back all M Series phones and give a free replacement or return the money to the persons who had purchased the phone.

                          I am raising this complaint on behalf of purchaser of M Series Mobile phones sold through on line.

                          Can anybody look into this.

                            I purchased Buds2 pro on 16th of August and paid by Net banking. I cancelled the product on same day which is 16 Aug 2022. I called Samsung customer care and they said to wait for 5 days. But it's been 3 weeks no refund received.. I emailed service head customer care.. Tweeted to Samsung India. No resolution provided. It's really bad experience. I just need my refund of 17999

                              I got replaced my display and while getting it back the touch is not working during charging and the touch sensitivity is very high. When I complain back the manager told me that they don't have any other spare and requested me to use it for one week and that they will replace the display once they got their spares. I waited for around 18 days and the service center manager is keep on postponing and I have to travel for my job. Now it's very hard to use and when I request them to replace it they denied and demanding me that the warranty is over and I have to pay again for the new display.

                                I am writing with my dissatisfaction with the quality & after sales service of my S20 plus purchase.
                                I bought thee phone in October 20 and it has developed a screen issue with 2 green lines on my screen rendering it unusable. This is a manufacturing defect which is acknowledged by them n they are providing a 1 time screen replacement for it too. However, they have refused to fix my phone until i pay them 15, 000Rs. This is because they hitting issues my back panel little bet come out. It is a 1.7 yr old phone n i acknowledge the wear and tear and i am happy to live with it but i am not willing to pay 15k for the green lines which isnt my fault. Due to the manufacturing defect i am not even getting any value for a resale.
                                I wrote to Samsung about it numerous times to their servicehead and CEO team but they kept repeating the company policy to me and provided no compensation or support.
                                Hoping you can help mee out in getting justice for this buy so i can continue to use the hone i paid for without any unnecessary financial impact.

                                  I recently updated me s20 pluse after few days of the after the update I got a green line in my screen and hitting issues in my phone and back panel come out without any Damage or fall and this is not my fault sir please help me

                                    I had ordered galaxy watch 5 44mm LTE on 17/08/2022 via Samsung shop app. On the same day I canceled the order because I did not receive the 3000 rupees bank cashback as they were offering. I was told of getting refunded by 7-10 working days. It is more than 20 days, and I still did not receive the refund. Customer executives are clueless and asking me to have patience. They are sending me same mail again and again that it will be refunded in 7-10 working days.

                                      I have ordered Samsung Galaxy flip 4 on 16th of August and cancelled on the same date, till date I haven't received my refund. The company's policy says 7-10 working days but it has been more than that, I haven't received my refund. I paid through credit card and now the bill has been dispatched. So I have to pay for a product that I haven't even purchased In the first place. I need an urgent solution from Samsung India and my refund needs to be processed.

                                      Finally Samsung has issued my refund. Please note this was not easy for me, I sent series of emails, written to CEO, complained to National consumer helpline, registered grievance in Umang App. After complaining in National consumer helpline, samsung stepped forward. I have undergone mental trauma to get my money back, I fought for it anyway, I will make a conscious effort not to buy any samsung product in future.

                                        Worst experience of buying Samsung phone not only me but many Samsung f41 users. Company cheap quality motherboard in this phone gets dead after recent updates .
                                        And now as its company internal fault. They are not working to resolve it but asking for rs 8000 to repair.
                                        I think this is their game of earning more and more money by providing cheap parts in handset.
                                        Tried emails to company but not got satifactory results .
                                        Now applying to consumer court for this matter
