I bought split Ac model no AR18HC3UXNB (1.5ton) on[protected] from Samsung (well known company). I just shifted to another address and i wanted to reinstall my Ac at my new address so i called SAMSUNG customer care. An engineer visited my house for this on 14-3-15. It was terrible experience with him because he was totally untrained engineer, doesn't no the ABC of installation.
He UNNECESSARILY cut my copper pipe and wasted. what he did next was, he just cut the POWER plug wire and said it is not required because the whole function is of stabilizer not of power plug /switch and i will connect it directly. After whole installation was done now there s a leakage in some pipe and again deinstalltion...The whole process took 4-5 hours. He wasted my most valuable time and my hard earned money.
I just want to file a complaint against SAMSUNG because they hire such an inexperienced staff to give trouble to their customers. Samsung is really a poor company making customers fool by hiring these kinds of persons.
Other companies are far better . I will request to my friends and will definitely share my horrible experience on social site so that SAMSUNG can not make customers fool
