[Resolved] Samsung — Installation of split AC - no service for the past 6 days (Service request: [protected]) | |||||
I raised a service request ([protected]) for installation of split AC on Monday, 6th February. I was assured that the installation will be done at 7pm on 6th February. I waited for 48 hours and then called up the customer care on 8th. I was again assured that service would be provided on the same. However, nobody called me. So, I again called up the customer care on 9th. This time again I was told that the service would be provided the same day. When I asked how the customer care agent makes sure that the service will be provided this time when nobody contacted me for the past 3 days. The customer care guy told me that he is writing a strong message to service center and they will provide the service the same day. It's been more than 48 hours after that call and six days after the original request, nobody has called me. Such a callous attitude from customer care agents and agents is not acceptable.
