Samsung — Insurance claim not received

Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your attention that i had availed a mobile insurance policy with you . last month 15 march 2023 unfprtunetly my mobile phone damaged and i had field a claim with you on the same day. I have sent all the necessary documentation through Whatsapp as requested.

However, i have now been informed that my insurance claim has been rejected. i kindly request you tolook into the matter and process my insurance amount as soon as possible.
