I have purchased Samsung refrigerator (model no- RT28M3424S8/HL) on 21.10.2018 in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. I got cooling issue on my fridge and lodged a complaint to Samsung service center via toll free number. On 05.07.23 an engineer has arrived and he confirmed that the gas needs to be refilled, he took the visiting charge. Yesterday on 06-07-23 another service engineer came and he did the gas refill and assured that the cooling will start and fridge will work normally. He took Rs 2000 for gas refilling and prepared the bill for the same.
However, the fridge did worked for 3-4 hours and again stopped cooling. The executive now saying there is an internal leakage in refrigerator. Which they are not able to fix and suggested me to sale this fridge to them with the depreciation of whopping 72%.
They are suppose to fix the problem for which I have already made the payment. This seems to be some kind of scam and sponsored by Samsung Service Center itself.
