Samsung — Issue with Samsung Galaxy m30s after software update. | |
I am facing issue with my samsung galaxy M30s purchased on 4th October 2019 from Amazon. Initially when i purchased the product within 5 days it stopped working and a replacement was sent to me on 11th October 2019. The product worked fine for initial few months and then i started Facing problems after updating the Software. At times it used to restart automatically but that happened once or twice in a week. Then after Updating to Android 10 the phone got stuck in a boot loop. Tried to charge the phone and restart, it was charging but still stuck on the main samsung screen. Took it to the sc and they performed their software update and after that too same problem persists. I have also noted that on multiple forums/communities and so on people have been facing the same issue with the m series phones post the software update for Android10. I have checked it on Samsung community and i observed all users using M30s have been facing issues with the Device. And the problem is somewhat similar. Idially when an Android update is dispatched user can update that on there own, but the samsung Service Centre team informed that the update needs to be done From service centre That shouldnt be the case. I have been using Android since ages and have never faced any problem after an Update. I don't have any problem with that service center but from the Samsung directly because this M30s model has some serious Auto restart problem and issues in network department and I've read somewhere on samsung portal that this device has manufacturing defects. I got software update notification and after doing it my mobile got stuck. It happened very soon after my warranty period expired. Service Center persons told that it is a motherboard issue and it will cost around Rs. 5500 to fix it. This is not at all acceptable and I am very much disappointed with this brandI don't have any problem with that service center but from the Samsung directly because this M30s model has some serious Auto restart problem and issues in network department and I've read somewhere on samsung portal that this device has manufacturing defects. My request to Samsung either replace my M30s mobile with some other model or give my money refund along with inconvenience fee.
