I am having an issue with this Samsung delivered product refrigerator. It got delivered today on 14th Sept.

Installation engineer visited my home for the installation however it is observed that its not fitting up into the current Kitchen premises due to size constraints. There is a very small difference in size of the refrigerator compared to the available size in my kitchen so this needs to be replaced with a slightly smaller size .
There is no option also to do any structure alterations in the kitchen. So had raised product return request with Samsung for replacment. However there is denial from samsung side mentioning its not possible.
I have got call from the Samsung shop Escalation team that mentioning this product ([protected]) can't be returned due to samsung return policy.
However As i mentioned earlier, this product is not usable to me due to size mismatch so i must need to return this product and seek for replacement not the refund.
This is my rights as consumer to get replacement of this product. As I understand this is dispute situtation with deadlock with no solution. So I have decided to to go to consumer complaints forum and social medial including CMO & PMO office of our country to fight for justice and highlight this inhumanity response from Samsung. This will make all common citirizen aware of my country how badly customers are treated from Samsung. Sorry to say I have had lot of hopes from Samsung but all hopes and trust is going away now.
This is financial loss for me as per response from Samsung so need your help to sort this isuse on priority.
