[Resolved] Samsung — Item refused but redelivered | |
Hi, I am from Chennai. I ordered a Samsung phone via samsung.com on Oct 15th. The order number is [protected]. I soon changed my mind and tried to cancel the item over phone but the Customer Care said it is not possible. They asked me to refuse the item when delivery is attempted. I did as they said on Oct 16th. But on Oct 17th another person delivered the item when I was not in home. I called up the Customer Care and explained everything. They are still not ready to take back the item even though the item package is intact. Please help me with this. Was this information helpful? | |
