Dear Sir, I have mailed lots of time to Samsung customer care but no response at yet. Actually I ordered a AC for my home through online mode but I didn't get free 3 meter copper wire, flayer & 10 meter wire with AC (as the installation person told me), so the installation cost incurred is Rs 14300/- which is approx. half of my AC cost. May 17, 2022 Updated by rajiv556 Dear Samsung Team, There is no response form Savex Technologies Pvt. ltd., but for your kind information I purchase the goods from Samsung India & Pay to Samsung then it is the responsibility of Samsung that why you charge extra money from my pocket.
