Hi I ordered a Samsung j7. .it had issue with motherboard.they gave me a replacement very quickly. Now the second one I got also had the same issue. I asked for refund.. they said we will get back to you in 24hrs for 5 times.. and till this day they never reverted back. Pathetic service! I need my money back. Please
