[Resolved] Samsung — late response from company and service center for DOA | |||
There is a problem with my device "Grand 2". There is a problem of blank display. I purchased my device on 16/4/2014 and within the 7 day replacement warranty i have informed the Samsung service center about the problem (on 19/4/2014), but not having solution (reason the update was not available) they gave me the other date and told to visit us on 22/4/2014 still the product was under replacement warranty. Visiting there they have updated or (formatted) my phone 3 times but still there is a problem of blank display. 1st time after using it the problem still exist even the 2nd time there was no solution and the 3 rd time the told me to keep the power saving mode off and keep the auto brightness at the level of 5. but even aftre doing so the problem is there . why should i do this?? had i bought a defective product i would be using the product at my convenience level. As I would like to prefer to use it. Now the mobile is with the company from around 8days (2nd of may) causing a lot of inconvience and trouble. There was a regular vist to the samsung service centre but still.the resonse was negative. The complain is registered in the name of Akash Burad at surat samsung service center located at Majura gate. I have purchased my mobile from Bhatia comm. and retail (INDIA ) pvt ltd. having IEMI : [protected] Kindly help me out with the solution . Was this information helpful? | |||
