I had registered following complaints to Samsung customer complaints a)[protected] b)[protected] c)[protected] d)[protected] Complaint - My TV is not working properly from 19.6.16 and registered the complaints to Samsung on 19th itself. But it is not getting repaired till date. Samsung technician visited to repair it but one of the part has damaged and he could not do it. I want Samsung to replace the TV with new TV of same model Was this information helpful? | |||||
