Samsung — LED tv complain pending since last 2 months no action taken | |||
Hi I purchased 32 inch samsung led tv in june 2015 and within 3 months there were lot of issues which came up in the tv. We complained around 14th sep and the person who visited (on 16th Sep) told us to whatsapp the video of issue to his boss Mr Rajesh Dubey who is owner of samsung service center in our locality. We did that immediatly and after that the same person came and behaved very rudely with my family and went back without fixing the tv and even the service centre closed the complain without checking with us. and after more than one month nothing has been done to fix the tv. I have lost my earlier complain number but have again raised a new complain on 16th October Complain # [protected] ref #[protected] which also has not been acted on. I called Mr Rajesh Dubey he didnt answer my calls. The service center people are automatically closing my complains without fixing the tv. I also mailed samsung complaining about the same and then got a call from call center saying that someone will visit but nothing happened after that. Already around 2 months have passed with no action from samsung side. Was this information helpful? | |||

Today they visited and changed a connector which didnt reslove the problem but they closed the complain just like that
