[Resolved] Samsung LED TV — complaint regarding samsug led installation | |
bought led having serial no. 23463zeda05724, and samsung ref no. cbe[protected] on 15th of nov. called service people for installation was not at all satisfied with the service, they just hung led on the wall, without any cable connection, even though all my set up box wires were there only, they replied its not a part of there service, and moreover there were no new leads connecting set up box and led, and not even they were able to explain full functions. these days even with a simple tape recorder leads are available leave that also just wanna know what led is having a meaning without a cable or set up box connection if samsung people think just hanging led on wall is installation, then sorry i called u people, i could have got it done from local electrician now even after 4 hrs of installation my set up box not working anywaz thanks for ur excellent service Was this information helpful? | |
