Samsung LED TV — Fake warranty card issued by samsung company | |||||
We have purchased samsung tv during 29/11/2012 vide invoice no.Rjn-157 from new vogue ventures rajaji nagar blore and also purchased extended warranty on 29/11/2013 for 3 years by paying rs.5977/-from your authorised service centre m/s delta care centre code no[protected] no.108 ssi area 5th block rajaji nagar bangalore-560010 vide their cash receipt dt 29/11/2013 bp no.[protected] now there is a problem since august2015 vertical lines are visible on screen, in this regard i have complained to help care centre and they have came and seen the tv and told that we dont have updation of extended warranty, we are unable to give service to replace panel in free of cost. Kindly let me know warranty matter and updation is your internal problem as a customer it is non of my business it is company fault tha they have not updated the information . Now the panel cost is rs.63000/- their duty is to replace the panel in warranty period. Was this information helpful? | |||||
