Samsung — LED Tv not Installed after 7 days of Purchase

I have purchased one LED Samsung TV 24 inches from Techno City Kolkata, sharad bose Road Branch on 04th June.15. But till date TV has not been Installed after regular follow ups with DST, Samsung as well as Customer Care. I have complaint thrice at Customer Care bearing complaint no [protected]. Every time got only assurance for the same day. I had never expect this type of Service from the company like Samsung in the Metro City, Kolkata. The DST of the company's are so rude & irresponsible. I am feeling so irritating. Dealership employees never picked the phone. I will never suggest any one of known to purchase the product of Samsung. Nishant Sinha [protected]
