[Resolved] Samsung — m 30 smartphones | |||
My phone display was not working properly so i went to service centre as it was in warranty. They told for screen replacement and gave me 10 days to wait. After 10 days i went they said again wait for 5 days. After 5 days i went they said come after 7 days. They are not listening and talking rudely. When i told them i will complain at upper level they said you can do anything you want. They are not listening at all. It has been 20 days and still they told to come after 5 days. All time money is wasted. Will never buy samsung phone again Was this information helpful? | |||
