I bought mobile phone online ( From Amazon in May 2021) for my Mother in law as she is having less usage.

In September we faced issue like Blue dot on Screen we went to Customer care Samsung they said high price to repair than we thought of buying new Mobile than we managed to use one old mobile till December and in December finally we repaired costing 5300 approx
But again in April black screen issue faced and we connected to store. First they said Screen issue there they need to change screen with 4200 amount. than i said its not even one year and i repaired screen already for 5300 and again in 3 month i pay 4200 more. than they took my mobile and said if they will approval they will get they will repair free and approval received after approval they are saying water is there they wont repair in free
they are making there money by opening Samsung customer care.
there is no Physical damage and not much use of Mobile .
May be i received defective Piece from Amazon or they have put duplicate screen . they are making just fool o[censored]s Was this information helpful? |
