Samsung — M42 motherboard failed after software update

Motherboard failed after software updates in June 2023. Service center not following SOP and involved in unfair trade practice. From June 2023, mobile is still at service center. They offered paid repair with discount while I am not ready for the same as issues raised due to software issue.
