Hi I am facing serious issues with Samsung india, I got my new phone m51 from Samsung on feb 2021 after 1 month there was screen blank, they replaced it and again after 2 months same screen problem then they replaced, and it repeated after 3 months this time they replaced batter and screen and now same problem screen got blank and touch screen is not responding.All this happened under warranty.
I asked for money refund as I faced this serious problems in lockdown and in covid time when my parents got effected I have to Visit service center, and they ignored my request and told they can only give Samsung coupons to buy anything from only Samsung store not in any other like amazon etc.
I have checked which phone can I buy as I can see the phone prices are sky rocking in Samsung website. I have seen m52 next model of my m51 it’s whooping 33 k in Samsung, where I bought m51 for 24k
Now I can’t effort to buy new phone from their website I asked for money refund they says there is no such money refund we only give coupons which is not acceptable because I suffered the whole year with that mobile, why I should suffer when I buy a brand new phone ? Believing on BRAND Samsung.
The head office team Kranti Sunaina and few other team,
They are ignoring my emails and they will just call and say we are working on it but never updates status.
my parents covid recovery patients, and I am already broke to pay hospital bills.
And I am facing issues from such a reputed brand Samsung.
The service center & headoffice team is literally forcing me to accept the Samsung coupons.
I have lost trust in brand.
Pls kindly arrange refund in money not coupons Samsung India.
