I have bought a Samsung M51 smartphone on 24 Jan 2021. Now the product is out of warranty and the display unit of the product has got failure as confirmed by the service center in hsr, Bangalore. Now they are not replacing the handset as the display unit is costlier and heart of handset which is failed in 1yr and 8mths (handset is with service center and customer is not having any handset at hand) and the customer is totally unhappy and highly frustrated with the product as the handset is not even working for minimum of 2yrs such a big brand Samsung. For replacement of display unit also they are charging 8000 rupees equally to i-phone display unit charges, . Hence filing a complaint against Samsung such poor failure product from Samsung, never expected this from Samsung. Updated by MARIAPPAN jeeva There was no physical damage by customer as confirmed by service center itself. Hence it is purely a manufacturing defect- hardware issue which is highly not acceptable within 1.8yrs old and highly unhappy with the purchase. why i bought Samsung and moreover they are charging equally with i-phone for display unit which i am not ready to pay for it and I need my phone back without affecting my financial things.
