Samsung — Major Problem in the Mother Board | |
I purchased a Samsung G 530 mobile on 29.12.2014.On 12.06.2015 I was unable to power on the mobile and took it to the Samsung Service Centre at Burdwan, West Bengal. After testing they expressed the opinion that there was a case of mother board short. They received the set for replacing the mother board on 13.06.16. But they could not replace the mother board till the date .As per their statement thare is no supply of mother board.
Under the circumstances I want to surrender the set and get back the price I paid for the set. Was this information helpful? | |
