Samsung — Merchant cash back not received | |
Hello I purchase a Samsung refrigerator model RT34T46324R on Feb 27th 2021 and total cost was Rs 33, 100. As the dealer insisted that i go for a no cost EMI option using ICICI credit card to get a cash back of 10%, i went for that. Dealer also confirmed that that there will be interest charged by the merchant (In this case, Samsung India) but entire interest charged will be returned as cashback anytime between 3 days to 3 months. Accordingly, i was charged interest of Rs 1257 for 6 months. I got the 10% cash back of Rs 3310( 10% of Rs 33, 100 ) in May '21 but not the cash back of interest charged When i contacted the credit card company (Icici credit cards), they said they have nothing to do with this and i need to take it up the Merchant. As per the scheme, i am eligible of complete cash back of interest charged. WOuld like to see it is refunded asap I have attached teh invoice copy and charge slip as proof Was this information helpful? | |
