we were sold a microwave stating a coating panel or ceramic whereas it turned out to be some cheap paint. The machine has started rusting.Unable to get through customer care n finally when i managed...my complaint logged at sholapur inspite of giving mumbai address and pincode.since last 10 days have been following up with no response!!!
