Samsung — Milk tray replacement of Samsung H04A model fridge . No response

I have placed an order for getting broken mik/chill tray on 9/4/2021. to Prime Services, Exclusive Samsung Service Center, Civil line, Chungam, Thrissur Kerala and paid Rs 1000 advance also. Receipt no 3 dated 9/421.Their given mob no is [protected]. I am yet to get the same and they are going on extending the delivery. Now a days they not even responding the phone call. My inverter model was purchased just two years back. Kindly let me know the current stock of milk/chill tray . Kindly direct them to supply the same
