Samsung — Misbehaviour by customer care centre and their failure to repair smart phone | |||||
I am a owner of G7102 grand2 black model smart phone.It's IMEI no. is [protected]. It was not properly being charged from some time so i showed it in 'customer care centre' of samsung situated at Sanjauli(opposite gurudwara), Shimla, Himachal Pradesh on[protected] around 11AM. They kept it for repariring and told me that port for inserting data cable may be out of order. They also in casual manner told that battery is also swellowing and may be replaced. In the evening, they phoned me and told me your moblie is ready to deliver. i went today there but my phone was found not in order and even replacing new battery it was not being charged properly. One lady there named as Ms Neena Sharma shouted on me after i argued for repairing my phone properly. She then told me that perhaps mother board is out of order. Then i told them that first search the problem in phone and then properly repair it. but they misbehaved me and even Ms Sharma told many times that i was doing"Badtmiji" with her. At last, i came back with unrepaired phone for escaping worthless arguments. My experience was very bad and technical staff as well as clerical staff there has no sense to deliver their duty properly and i am not satisfied with the behavior and the working of that customer care centre.
