Samsung — Missing product for Order ID: [protected]--> Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro | |||
Hi, I have ordered Galaxy Buds Pro on 02/10/2021 and it delivered today i.e., 05/10/2021 While ordering it asked for us to include Trio Pad Wireless Charger with no cost. Then I added(attached the sample snapshot for reference) item and ordered the product but the Trio Pad Wireless Charger was not delivered. After the product was delivered then this wireless charger item was not shown in order ID #[protected] and I have contacted the support team, they have mentioned that this item is not included, Just like saying sorry for inconvenience. For my requirement I liked to buy Samsung earbuds pro only for the wireless charger added and due to this reason I chose to order directly from the Samsung site. Here Samsung's site itself shows wrong information to customers while ordering items and customer needs were not fulfilled after delivering the product and simply saying no returns or replacements.
