[Resolved]  Samsung — mobile auto switch off and no service

hi...i have complaint reagrding my mobile, ...in last 2 weeks, i gone to ur samsung gallery (MOBILE TELECALL ANDHERI EAST) for 3 times bcoz my mobile getting switch off automaticaly anytime ..so i went 1st time they informed me we have checked it and we updated the software and it wont happen next time...but again after 3 days same problem with the device...so 2 nd time wen i went, they keep the mobile 2 days with them and informed me after that _quotthere is no problem in mobile_quot we checked properly..bt i fell very bad about this thing and then i called callcenter of samsung gallery and speak with him for 33 min and then callcenter guy gven me manager mobile no.[protected] name mr rakesh(andheri east)..so i went o gallery third time with the same problem and keep my mobile again for 3 days ..and then after today mr rakesh called me and said _quotthere is a battery problem and u have to purchase a battery with a cost of 1200 rs _quot...so now i dont want to pay anything in my galaxy so i hope u able to understand the complaint and resolve asap...thanks
