I had purchased samsung S20+ in Sep 2020 and since then i am facing display problems like flickering . I had chatted on samsung help center number and after some days again it becomes ok. I am a loyal customer of samsung mobiles and other products also like smart TV fridge and other mobiles. But first time i am having problem with this mobile. Now my issue is a green line on my mobile. my mobile has not fell on the ground. Having spent around 70K and used only for 1 year and 5 months, i dont wish to change mobile or spend huge amount for changing display. Since 4 months i was having problems. I was feeling embarrassed in front of my staff . I would like to get my display replaced free of cost.
t is requested to consider my case sympathetically and do the needful to change the display free of charge.
I would be thankful forever, if it is done favourably.
Now the green line has increased to two lines.

Pls help to replace display free of cost
I received a mail from samsung stating, service center will contact me. But i have not submitted my phone to Samsung. In that mail, they have not mentioned it is free of cost.
I cannot spend this much money for repairing. The mobile has become faulty without any of my mistakes.
It is really unfortunate and disgusting that the product is used only for 1 year and 5 months.
