Samsung Mobile — Cash Back and payback points not Received | |||||
Dear Sir I Purchased a mobile G920 black S6 on 15 April 2015 at Fancy stationer Hissar Haryana.Your dealer commited that I will get Rs. 6500 cash back and 2500 payback points. I had talked to customer care and they ask me to send the copy of bill and screen shot for payback. Dealer has also talked to customer care in this matter and dealer has also sent the follow up mail to customer care. I am sending you the both at attachment. I am the customer of Samsung since 5 years and this the first time I am facing the problem with such a reputed and big brand Samsung.
