[Resolved] Samsung — Mobile Charger is not supported to M33 Mobile

With reference to the above subject, I have purchased a mobile with a charger Samsung online website on 29.08.2022
Product Serial No./IMEI No: [protected], purchase order no. [protected] and

EP-TA60IBEUGIN ACC HHP CHARGER MOBILE E ENG UNIT
Product Serial No./IMEI No: purchase order no.s [protected]

After selecting the M33 mobile, the Samsung website suggested the charger product automatically. I have booked a Mobile cum Charger, but unfortunately, the charger is not supported the mobile. I called them twice Samsung customer care twice and also visited the Samsung Service Centre in Thoraipakkam, Chennai. As of now, not resolved the issue. Please replace the charger convenient to the M33 mobile or refund the amount. There is poor support from the company as well service centre.
