Samsung Mobile — Complaint against Jumbo Lucknow- supply of defective mobile | |||
I purchased a Samsung mobile (Model S6) IMEI no. 357215/06/105923/7) from Jumbo Electronics Lucknow on 06 Sept.15 for 41900/- from the mall in Alambagh, near awadh hospital, Lucknow, India. The piece turned out to be defective as it was automatically turning off and on and became dead many times. I went to the store in the Mall and the salesman (Mr Vikram) informed that its software was defective and I need to show to a service centre. I went to service centre (Cooling Point) of Samsung in Ashiyana colony, Lucknow. They advised that the hardware is also defective!!. Thus Jumbo Electronics sold me a defective piece. Further, when I took the packet given by Service centre to Jumbo for replacement, but they refused to accept. I am very aggrieved as I have been given a defective piece by Jumbo.
